ACT tommorow.

5 days till the first swim and study.  

9 days till high school camp.

1 month until we leave for CiY. :]

Chemistry labs ended yesterday. :( How sad is that??! Now, I know chemistry is not something people often miss or even wish for, but it was so much fun. dry ice+goggles+serendipity+silly putty+exploding water bottles+Wicked soundtrack+good friends=best 2 weeks of school. ever. :]

My mom and I went shopping today and got some really cute clothes!!! Finally, successful shopping. Here's the deal: I. don't. like. clothes. shopping. There is wayyy too many clothes to choose from and half the time, they don't fit right. But thank goodness for Ann Taylor Loft. Got a super cute skirt on sale for $13 :]

For some strange reason, I'm nervous about the ACT tomorrow. But I've been through harder things than a four hour test. :]

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Much needed

My goodness, I really like good photography. It makes my heart smile. :] It's such an amazing thing to capture sunlight streaming through the trees, a couple standing in a field of flowers, a bride laughing. Ahhh. *sigh* I'm glad there are so many gifted people out there that see the world through the lens of a camera, it inspires me to capture things like they do.

Tomorrow begins round 2 of chemistry labs. Getting through last week alive and unscathed gives me hope for this next week. :] I really needed this weekend. alotalotalot.

Today we "kidnapped" the younger kids that came into the youth group today and took them to IHOP for breakfast... I really love those kids. I hope the Juniors and Seniors have set a good example for them on how to love God and each other.

Waking up early. Yanking kids out of bed and taking them to IHOP. Coffee and creamer. Great friends. Chocolate chip pancakes.Youth car wash. and getting soaked.

Hanging out with my best friend talking about boys and dreams about our future.

Taking benadryl and almost falling alseep on your best friend. ;) Seeing a youth group love each other.

Excitement of camp in 14 days. 

Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 

YEP. I needed this weekend. :D

Must have done something right

Ahhhh ohmygoodness, today was sooo long. Day 3 of chemistry labs. OVER. I sat with Miss Sarah W. and together, with lots of help from Super Chris, we made it through the 8:30-4:30 day. :] We lit ballons filled with helium and watched them explode. We also decomposed sodium chloride (table salt) into hydrogen and water and painted our fingernails with UV sensitive nail polish...

Yep. We have fun in chemistry. Thanks Mrs. V. :]
