Day 7: random apple?

yes, an apple on my window sill. But I thought the apple was really pretty. As you can see, I thought of this AFTER I took a bite of it. oh well :]

AHHHOHMYGOODNESS.... CIY is in 4 days! Hard to believe a year has gone by. I'm looking forward to the whole trip. (Including the 15 hour van ride to TN.)

do you ever have a musical stuck in your head? Since Monday, I have been singing WICKED NONSTOP. ;p

Defying Gravity

Wow that was scary. O.o
ACT. is. over. Until I take it next time. :( About halfway through the hour long math section, I considered why I was there, why I'm taking this insane test and what can I do to not have to take the rest of it.....do I either a.) faint or b.) throw up everywhere so they would HAVE TO dismiss me? Well, I did neither of those things. and sat there, glued to the desk. In room 228. With an insane test in front of me.... *sigh of relief* oh so glad it's over.

Tonight, I will go drown my stress and exhastion in swing dancing. Can't wait! :]

I'm thankful for:
snapple mango madness. air conditioning. good photography that makes you audibly sigh and melt into a pool. *if you know what i mean, isn't it wonderful!?* Saturdays.... Frank Sinatra. Swing dancing. pink Coverse. the musical Wicked.

ACT tommorow.

5 days till the first swim and study.  

9 days till high school camp.

1 month until we leave for CiY. :]

Chemistry labs ended yesterday. :( How sad is that??! Now, I know chemistry is not something people often miss or even wish for, but it was so much fun. dry ice+goggles+serendipity+silly putty+exploding water bottles+Wicked soundtrack+good friends=best 2 weeks of school. ever. :]

My mom and I went shopping today and got some really cute clothes!!! Finally, successful shopping. Here's the deal: I. don't. like. clothes. shopping. There is wayyy too many clothes to choose from and half the time, they don't fit right. But thank goodness for Ann Taylor Loft. Got a super cute skirt on sale for $13 :]

For some strange reason, I'm nervous about the ACT tomorrow. But I've been through harder things than a four hour test. :]

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

One more day. Just one more day. :)

One. more. day. One more day until chemistry is over. Today was really long. By 11am, I was ready to go home and go back to bed. But miss Amy helped me restart my day at lunch.... We listened to Wicked and ate Dove dark chocolate. I'm telling you: Amy and chocolate make everything better. And Mr. Nathan sat with me and kept me sane. And Madeline had super adorable red shoes on and it made me smile. And Sarah gave me a really sweet hug. And Daniel and Seth helped me graph..... so today wasn't all bad. Meegan, count your blessings. :)

Monday, Jordy and I went trapsing through a field of wildflowers. :] You see, I've been daydreaming about a field at sunset with lots of flowers for a couple weeks now...so I finally got to do the shoot!!! *minus the cute couple standing IN the field. Sigh.* But I was really happy with the sunflare my camera captured. So without further adeu...

I'm really proud of this one. :]
